Bike ride
The cold and wet weather broke and we had a nice weather this weekend. This afternoon I went out for a bike ride, possibly the last one of the year. I rode north, which is generally uphill, figuring I could coast a lot on the return trip. The trip north was easy. I rode up to Lexington and Tanglewood (6.7 miles), rode a mile or so east, then turned south to go home. At that point I realized why the trip north had been so easy: There was a south wind, hence the warm weather. At that point I knew I had to pay for it. The ride home was long and hard.

Enforced virtue
I got up a little late this morning and was planning to drive to the park-and-ride. However, the Escort would not start, and I had to leave the Focus for mia_mcdavid.
When four wheels are not available two must suffice. I rode my bike.
