No kidding!

As wrote yesterday, the recent struggles in our life, notably with James being sick, have been very tiring. We went to bed about 9:30 last night and quickly fell asleep. It is 11:15 Friday morning. I got up about 20 minutes ago (as a government worker, I have the day off). Mia is still asleep.

Election Day

I voted about 7:20 AM, in the biggest crowd I have seen in our 8 years at that polling place.

My votes were consistent with what mdlbear has urged. Among the many posts I have read today expressing similar sentiments, he gets style points for choice of music and LJ pic.

It is hard for newspapers to say something original at this point. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer‘s headline was “Voter results will decide Bush’s potency”, to which OpinionJournal responded “An Anxious First Lady Holds Her Breath”.
