Three months ago our son James brought his computer to me, saying it acting funny. It was in fact completely trashed–thoroughly crippled by spyware. I had to reformat the hard drive, reinstall Windows and all of the utilities.

Unfortunately, James did not learn enough from the experience. Once again he has let the computer get thoroughly infected. I spent several hours last night and this morning trying to fix things. Nothing worked. I am going to have to reformat, reinstall, and rebuild all over again.
