Yesterday was Pentecost (aka Whitsunday), one of the most important festivals of the Christian liturgical year. In keeping with current church customs, mia_mcdavid and I both wore red, the liturgical color of the day, when we went to the 11 AM service at St. Christopher’s.

Later I got an e-mail from the Perrel list with a link that mentioned some traditional Whitsunday customs. Next year we need to do something special with cheese!
