Wes was back, so we began with our regular exercise in humility listening comprehension:

  1. Cuir dom glaoch ar a laghad.
    At least give me a call

    Normally a “their” eclipses, but T-léinte:

    1. Is borrowed from English.
    2. Begins with a dental (t-)

Gender and the relatively predictable noun endings

Choose the proper form of the word in parentheses according ti its environment,
specifically whether the noun in the phrase is masculine or feminine.

For nouns ending in a consonant, the idea is to start there

  • If the consonant is broad, it likely to be masculine (First declension).
