- Nominations from the floor for an office are allowed. Robert’s Rules of Order clearly permit them, and the Constitution and Bylaws of colgaffneyis do not say anything one way or the other.
- Only paid-up members of the organization are allowed to vote. Being allowed to remain on an e-mail list as a courtesy does not constitute membership.
