Big Island Friday

The morning was intense, busload after busload of school children coming through for demos. This is how colgaffneyis earns its fees, and we certainly worked hard enough today. I did not run any of the demos, but was kept busy as a runner for the Captain (rhymeswithghoti–taking messages from her to the demonstrators, bringing them supplies, and warning them when they were running out of time (our people love to talk). + also guided the school groups to the various demo stations.

After a late (but good) lunch life has been more relaxed. I did some shopping–Traders’ Row has all sorts of wonderful things. I also helped wash the lunch dishes, along with mia_mcdavid and <lj user="c_nocturnum".
