This morning I watched the tape of last week’s episode of the Woodwright’s Shop, and then watched the current one as it aired. With the double dose it is not surprising that woodworking was on my mind afterwards. I cleaned off my workbench today, and put away the last things left out from Winona. Also worked on the cane I started at Des Moines, and finished another project. Should be able to finish the cane tomorrow. I also went to Home Depot and bought some more wood and hardware.

I also prepared the hard copy version of the next issue of colgaffneyis. All that remains is to buy stamps and mail it. There is some urgency about this since the quarterly membership meeting, with staff elections, is next Saturday. mia_mcdavid is running for Chief of Staff, with nobody else (so far) running against her. rhymeswithghoti is, as some of you may know from her LJ, running for Captain.
